Once you find out who it is, take it to the media if possible. The bogan public laps up stories like this and ACA and TT will have a field day as a result. Eventually/hopefully it results on strain on that guy's career and he thus cries at a press conference to show how small his dick truly is.

Curious as to how it is known that he is a rugby player. If so, that should make it a little easier for the police to track him down.
 
he was with a group of local rugby players, they were bar-hopping apparently and have a pretty bad reputation allready, band from most of the cbd, infact.

this guy actually rang us last night at 2:30am and threatend us saying he was a "weapon of mass destruction" and followed by giving me the address where we live... taking no chance i called the cops last night and they came over pretty swiftly and we stayed the rest of the night at a friends place.

today we went to the police station to add this onto the previous statement and went to the court house and took out an restraining order on him. so if he ever contacts us or comes within 100m of either of us he will be going to jail for two years and a $28k fine as well as what he gets for the original assault.

this guy is trying his best to ruin our lives.
 
Belt the crap out of him with a baseball bat then break both his legs. Do as much damage as possible so he will never play rugby again. Scar the mongrel for life. These type of people will hit a woman again if you merely punch him. You got to beat him so bad that everytime he see's a woman he craps his pants. No point in going to the cops they won't do much. Do it yourself. Besides you will get more satifaction from it.

Sounds like a compelte nutcase, hope everything works out ok, altho restraining orders mean shit usually, and nothing ever happens when they break them.

Good luck. I would also write everything down, he does, says, etc etc, with dates and times. Just in case you need it later on down the track, which you probably will.

Seriously though, what the ****? I've spent half of my life in nightclubs and I've never seen anything like this. Don't let this guy intimidate you. Get a good lawyer, keep a record of your incoming calls on your mobile so you have proof he has called/harrassed you, and make sure you sue him to full extent of the law.

Clearly this lowlife is going to end up in jail anyway, sooner the better I say.

And why is it a 28k fine?, I call fake, another thing I was at the speed cars one night, not that I go very often but its a fun night and I witnessed a bloke belt a woman in the jaw, and when the cops turned up they handcuffed her, apparently it was his night to have the kids and she showed up and caused a ruckus, one of the few times i've seen a woman deserve to be hit.

i'm not sure, he rang the land line which is sitting on my bed stand, it rarely rings so i answered thinking it must have been important regarding a family member or something.

he asked for me personally and i said yes, again thinking it was something serious and thats when he started his weapon of mass destruction shit.

i've never met the guy before, never even knew of him befor he clocked my missus and neither had she, so how he went about getting our information i have no idea, both our facebooks are set on the highest privecy settings so would have got nothing from that.

it's pretty scary thats for sure.

Hunt these criminals down, these so called 'star's think they are on top of the law or something. If anyone has any leads, gimme a call and we get together and hunt them down mob style. We don't need to king them or anything, when we find them we will just make sure the person who did it wont play rugby ever again.
