I think there's a very fair chance that Bucks will be picking up the phone in about 13 months time to see where his heads at. I hope so anyway.

He should head overseas for a while, get his mind and body right then come back for a fair crack next pre season.
This lad IF he gets a bit of luck would slot into our forward line fantastically well.

I'm sorry, but he got drafted from us way too early. He was what, 17, 18 when he was drafted after playing one reserves game for us to just be elgible. I seriously don't think his body was up to AFL level at such a young age.

He only played one reserves game so we could hide him from everyone else. Collingwood was committed to him and he to Collingwood. That's why he was drafted early before everyone else knew who he was and how good he could be.

Such a shame, Rus had the talent & potential, but his body just let him down. It's sad when you see what could have been, but now won't be fulfilled. Good luck for the future Rus.

Poor kid, so much unfulfilled potential, we all knew that he had the potential to be a strong, lead up forward who could rarely be caught on the chase. Such a same to see such talent gone to waste.
