Any risk of Balwyn developing their own players rather than cannibalising other clubs?
Haley’s original club in the VAFA were bullish about a return this year however it seems that is not to be. Will be his 4th different club in 5 years. Hard for a young bloke to shake that sort of reputation.

Balwyn are the Cheque book kings from way back . Disgraceful club . Lucky their coach has no clue . He did the impossible this year and took them to 4th. Akin to Winx running last in a Kilmore welter . Fantastic result .

Of course they will . Anyone under 35 from any other club .
They are not shy about putting the cleaners through clubs in other leagues but it is particularly offensive when they target weaker clubs in their own competition and division. Nth R’wood put some time into this kid, found him work and paid him fair and reasonable match payments. They have every right to be filthy about this. Rather than try and develop their own BFC just throw mega bucks at him and he walks. Shame on both.
One day the money will run out and so will all the players.

Not really Burner plenty of Irons in the fire. Expecting some more ins in the next few weeks. There is a variety of reasons as to why these types of things take time. Delistings at higher levels, drafts, guys overseas, & decisions do take time.
Retention just as important and that is looking good.
Expect Balwyn to have the biggest turnover on their list out of the higher type sides anyway. Have bought in plenty but will have quite a few heading out.

I really do hope Jess Sinclair has improved his coaching from the days at St Mary’s. I saw a man coach a grand final in neutral and lose after being red hot favourites. Has he stopped spitting on the ground?

Not sure Bob, haven't heard otherwise, but would be no surprise if they were picked up elsewhere. After all we are now in 4th Divvy. But we are doing everything to make sure it isn't for long.
