No serious and recurring injuries, firstly.

At the same time, a continued improvement from the 2nd and 3rd tier of players, giving our A-graders more support and chop-outs.

Lastly but certainly not least, that big shiny Cup at the end of the year as reward.

I can see it all now - beautiful.

I would like to see:

• A top 4 finish and a premiership
• A full season from Moore in defence and for him to banish the air of flakiness and having a broken body
• Quaynor to crack the 22 and cement his spot.
• A full season from Elliott and 30+ goals for the year
• De Goey to crack AA with a 50 goal season
• Sier to improve his fitness allowing him to play 70-80% time on ground
• Pendlebury to maintain his elite performance
• Mihocek and Cox to average over 1.5 per game
• Tohill to show signs of being a quality CHF
• Keane to show signs of being a quality KPD
• Dunn to return to the seniors early in the year
• For the medical and fitness team to improve their injury prevention and management
• For our midfield group to find a synergy that makes them dominant

With the addition of Tohill and Keane, as well as IQ, Kelly and Atu, I'm actually excited to see the VFL team playing.

I’d like to see more players whose names are abbreviated or acronyms.

JDG and WHE set the pace, and now we’ve added IQ and R2. Helps confuse opposition fans which is always a good thing.
