How many games do the Crows get at MCG..... (1) Round 2 and that’s it?
Equity would only dictate 2 though.
And due to the revamped MCG deal to get the GF to Perth last year, I think 1-2 Non-Vic teams will be shafted on that front over the next 3-4 years.

Something about MCG to pick up extra blockbusters or some s**t.

So North have 4/7 interstate teams in Melbourne.

Big 4 clubs all play each other twice.

And people call disequal funding a handout.

We deserve an extra mill in 2022
But you're debt free? Maybe it's time to stop begging for hand outs now.

Not sure what hand out your referring to. Compensation for a draw that purposely reduces our ability to make match day income compares to other Melbourne based clubs.

The compensation should increase this year based on that terrible fixture.

Wtf is the deal with 2 games on Fridays?
Crows/Port wanted a Friday night showdown but Ch 7 didn't want to broadcast it nationally. This was the compromise.

It's designed to boost ratings in Adelaide/Perth by allowing Ch 7 in those markets to broadcast their local teams instead of a match between two out-of-state teams.

Disappointed that the AFL didn't schedule the double ups until after every team had played each other once, not surprised though.

It's annoying how they do that these days.

And the double ups for all clubs should be rotated/changed every season.

As a Carlton I am very pleased with our draw, but as a general footy fan, it's a commercial/TV network first fixture once again, fairness and equality doesn't come into it

No you were referring to handouts.

I’m referring to compensation for a commercially unviable fixture.

Melbourne clubs free to air

North - 1

Next closest is three clubs on 4

No round 1 home game in Melbourne’s festival of football. But that’s ok because we follow it up with West Coast at marvel
