Where the clubs sit

The Bombers - WWWLL - Currently 5th and guaranteed Finals

With a win - will stay 5th as percentage won't move them up ladder
With a loss - can slip to as far as 7th.

What this means - not much as the Bombers have shown a club can win it all from a lower spot in the 8 come finals time.

The Demons - WLLWL - Currently 10th

With a win - And a Bears and Royals loss - can move to 8th
With a loss - Will finish 10th as percentage is bad.

What this means - The Demons leave to much in other teams hands. Their poor percentage means only a win and those 2 teams losing will work. Can they make finals - Yes, so they shouldn't give up yet.

Match ups I would like to see - Lets be honest I only care about the Ruck contest

Ruck - Matty411 vs DemonJim -

matty had to bide his time due to KohPhi not admitting how bad a ruckman he was. (ok he had a lock on the Tarkyn_24 team of the week) - but my statement stands, his stamina to last a full season just wasn't there, and I had his measure.

DemonJim is new to this position as well, either that or a very bad ruckman. Seriously though the Demons LG holds the Ruck position with contempt and has used 4 players in their this season.

Players in the hunt for top 5 finishes in Stat catagories

Bombers - NIL - this is a team that doesn't rely on individual efforts - As 2 x premiership team, they know what it takes to win a s a team. Maybe other teams need to take note.

Of note - DT stat - The first Bomber on the list is Tony Lynn 15 at position 27 on 1094 points - This is in stark contrast of my team the Wonders who have 5 x players in the Top 20 in DT points.

Demons -

sante - 338 posessions - 3rd - 10 behind Tommycash - (hard to see him overtake him)
166 kicks - 4th - 13 behind Blaze Storm
172 Handballs - 4th - 16 behind Tommycash

Yakker - 108 Tackles - 1st - 3 in front of Elton Johns Wig
1296 DT points - 2nd - 60 points behind Blaze Storm (Needs SIM to do his work early - quite funny really so do I so I can overtake Blaze Storm in hitouts - joint prayer Yakker?)

The EKA is a s**t award that is meaningless because it is only awarded to kiss arse BC wannabes. (Just ask BEEG ). The FHOTW award is far more prestigious with previous winners such as fitzroybowiedog , Wooshette Frankston Rover. s**t, even BEEG won one.
