We're playing the Hawks this week. They have a high opinion of themselves so it should be fun to knock them off the lofty heights of 8th spot and break our losing streak. We lost against the sewer dwellers last week so it clearly we've hit rock bottom and the only possible way is up Royals.

Gold City Royals vs East Side Hawks at The Golden Throne

I hate to present this report but I must. The Royals are struggling and the muttering has started. Many are pointing the finger at JonahDangerfield , even Rodders is doing so. I dont blame Rodney, he tries. Just not happening. A 74 point flogging to the Swamprats leaves one feeling slightly queasy. Or its the bites. The Hawks were beaten by the Gumbies by the small margin of 13 points.

The Royals in their loss to the Rats just didnt get going. Its not getting the ball thats the problem its doing something with it. My improvement in the ruck is continuing but its our rookies that are starring grumbleguts got it 29 times and 12 marks , Simon_Says got some and Cloud_ and Thatsapaddlin also felt the leather at various stages. In staggering news Blacky failed to bother the goal umpire and even had a rest on the pine. burningdwarf and Footypie32 both had 3 kicks for 3 goals each.

The Hawks lost by 13 points and their players gave a good account of themselves. Golumless and por_please_ya both tried but in a Sunday miracle The Jesus dominated in the ruck. Noobz0r kicked 5 to keep himself in touch of the FRED. Looking at the stats sheet says that with a little more effort the Hawks could have defeated the Gumbies.

I cant tip the Royals with any confidence . Cant even sell the baubles to bribe anybody.

Let's see. Hoe bad? Well, this lasser has several layers of complexity. When you put bad hoes into play, and place them on the lasser, the prepositions 'above' and 'below' lose their meaning. Cooler, witter, more charming, these are terms with which we can describe our relative worth. In our case it is enhanced by not using words like "hoe" and "lasser."
