We should be encouraging more people to write them now and schedule them. Saves a lot of the hesitancy that people seem to have about putting in all the work.

I think it’s good to tell people the OP’s don’t all be to be elaborate, a simple OP with the 2 teams, maybe a bit of their history, a word about a couple of players /milestones and the teamsheet posting deadline will suffice It doesn’t have to be a huge chore, you can also ask a teammate or someone else to help out or give you ideas.

Not bagging the really creative ones at all, we love those, but anyone can do a simple qooty OP to help out too.
