It's an easy conversion, vic bias is 3 hrs ahead of WA and 16hrs and 86yrs ahead of Washington DC

I did a commercial law topic one semester at uni. Had to do it twice basically because I can't write legalese. I write like an engineer. You can't ask a fish to climb a tree, and if I'm ever sued for manufacturing snail flavoured ginger beer I'm going to lose that case
