There was an issue with the Bears a season or two ago, when someone got a suspension after the team sheet had been posted, and then there was no change. I think Committee went with a warning. Did not want to risk any issues for a GF.

That would be a poor reading and implementation of the rules:

If a player becomes ineligible after the team sheet submission deadline they will be allowed to play the match they are named in and will be considered ineligible for any subsequent matches after that for the duration equal to that of their ban.

Sent a message in the Team PM telling everyone to stay away from the Carlton board last night.

Logged on at 1:50am this morning to make sure no one had been suspended and I'd need to change the team sheet. Stayed there, monitoring everyone's status, until 2:00am (and was concerned to see that omgfridge's status indicated he was viewing the Carlton board).

See this thread has been bumped today.

Was ready to MURDER SOMEONE DEAD!!!! if there'd been an issue with our team sheet.

The sigh of relief was not commensurate with this stress.
