My take on this is just because every team puts no changes or the like after changes if they go in unchanged the only thing that is being asked for is actual changes. The rule under "changes" makes no mention of protocol if there are no changes which simply means there isn't one. No case to answer.

My post this morning was not about this issue however I will respond to this because I know how deeply you care for my opinion on matters such as this .

A team sheet should explicitly state if changes were made and if so, what changes they are. This is after all, why we list changes - the simmers need to see what they need to change otherwise if they assume there have been no changes, they will sim the team as it presents. A team may be cutting and pasting a team and forget the bottom line, post a team which has changes and then we enter the scenario where a team is simmed not according to the official team sheet. Sure, this is appropriately penalised for but it has greater implications on the efficacy of the simming team. A simple note to confirm that there have been no changes as has been a staple for the past dozen or so seasons, maybe more, is not too much of an imposition to ask. In fact, we do ask for it in the "ACCEPTABLE FORMAT" as Millky95 alludes to.

I don't think a team should be penalised for ommitting it but I do think for the sakes of everything else that is so tightly screwed in this place, that this needs to be tightened up and defined as either necessary in the agreed format for team sheets or otherwise, optional. I also think, and this is just for the sakes of alignment to traditional football team sheets that it's aesthetically pleasing to confirm the team has not been changed.

So in short, no case to answer for in terms of the team, sure, but let's tighten this up now/going into next season and clearly define it either way.

The Filth Wizard as the bears brought up that OOBs had somehow failed to have a correct team sheet based on not complying exactly with this template

Team sheets must be displayed in a logical format that is comprehensible by the game simmers. Each positional line {e.g. B, HB, C, HF, F, FOLL, INT} must be defined clearly and in case of positional changes the specific positions must be communicated in the listed changes. The only acceptable format is:

B: BP / FB / BP
HB: HBF / CHB / HBF
C: W / C / W
HF: HFF / CHF / HFF
F: FP / FF / FP
FOLL: RU / RR / RO
INT: INT / INT

CHANGES:

I now put forward if the Bears feel strongly about following the posted team sheet format they should accept being charged for their 10 incorrect team sheets where they have not followed the exact format as specified by adding Milestones to their team sheet in obvious contravention of the communicated accepted list format which at no point has milestones as an excepted entry.
