Event Season 40 All-SFA Presentation

Good evening fair people of Sweet

Tonight we celebrate the class of season 40

Clubs nomination some players, the committee reviewed stats and posting numbers

I even saw a spreadsheet or two used.

At the end of weeks of backbreaking prodding and pushing the committee managed to come to a consensus of sorts, we even had a poll or two.

The end result of this is the All-SFA team, the best of the best that isn't the Mobbs or the Fred or the beez but it's own thing.

So with that out of the way I'll start posting the team and you can all bask jn the glory of it's teamness

Back Pocket - tony gets All-SFA selection six. All 14 games were played in the back pocket, collecting 385 DreamTeam points along the way to go with averaging 29 posts per game.

Full Back - serial_thrilla is into the top 10 all time with selection number eight. A full season matching up on the games biggest forwards saw the veteran collect 380 DreamTeam points to go along with averaging 35 posts per game.

Back Pocket and Vice Captain - T2B_ also gets their sixth ALL-SFA selection in Season 40. 355 DreamTeam points from 14 games in the back pocket and a very strong 69 post per game average.

Half Back - MWPP gets selection number five. A full season at half back saw a very healthy DreamTeam total of 792 to go along with a 40 post per game average.

Centre Half Back - Chipmunk also get their fifth selection for All-SFA. 677 DreamTeam points across 14 games at CHB were balanced nicely by 29 posts per game.

Half Back - Pugsley gets the All-SFA nod for a third time in Season 40. Playing at Half Back all season netted this little black dog 660 DreamTeam points to go along with a barking average of 88 per game.

Wing - moginie gets a third All-SFA Guernsey after a full season on the wing. 984 DreamTeam points and a very solid 52 post per game.

Centre and Captain - beez has also climbed into the top 10 all time with an eighth selection. 14 games in the middle saw a very impressive 1069 DreamTeam points to go along with posting 26 times each week.

Wing - grumbleguts makes their All-SFA debut. A full season on the wing netted 1018 DreamTeam points complimented by a 21 post per week average.

Half Forward - All Aust gets their second selection. A full season on the half forward flank for 764 DreamTeam points and a 54 post per game average.

Centre Half Forward - Hydatina Physis gets their debut All-SFA selection. 14 games at Full Forward saw HP make the Half Forward line as the second best key forward in the inital squad. 703 DreamTeam points and a 38 post per week average in season 40.

Half Forward - DemurePrincess gets her first gong in season 40. 11 games at Half Forward and 3 at full forward saw a healthy DreamTeam total of 770 to go with a mammoth 177 post per game average

Forward Pocket - Ocha905 makes their first All-SFA appearance. 14 games in the pocket for 270 DreamTeam points and a 38 post per week average.

Full Forward - TheGoatBaron the anchor of the rookier forward line. A full season at Full Forward and a 725 DreamTeam total paired with a 38 post per game average.

Forward Pocket - thewizardmelon gets their first All-SFA jumper. 14 games in the ruck and a very healthy 1173 DreamTeam points sees the big man squeezed into the team while averaging 24 posts per game.

Ruck - Strigoi debuts in their 13th season. 14 games in the ruck for a massive 1185 DreamTeam points to go with 50 posts per week.

Ruck Rover - Cadsky debuts after 14 seasons in the league. 1130 DreamTeam points from a full season in the guts along with averaging 51 posts per game.

Rover - Supercheapgiants gets their first All-SFA jumper. A full season at rover led to 1121 DreamTeam points while in match threads you could pencil them in for 41 each week.

Interchange - ClarkeM gets their sixth ALL-SFA selection taking the first spot on the bench. The full season at centre netted him 1035 DreamTeam points while on the posting front 33 posts per game was the tally.

Interchange - AnUltimateRessie takes the second spot on the bench for their fourth All-SFA gong. 12 games on the wing for 956 DreamTeam points and an 18 post average per week.
