We’re are getting very close to crossing boundaries of Bigfooty site rules (several posts had to be deleted) If you want to discuss any moderator actions open a ticket, that is the correct protocol. We can look at the reasons for actions such as thread-bans and deletions (which regular users can’t see) and show receipts.
Committee or clubs have no say in these matters.

This goes for allegations of ‘corruption’ or any such thing. The stuff going on right now will not end well.

3C) Administrator Decisions
The Administrator reserves the right to add to and amend the rules as the season progresses in response to new issues that arise and circumstances not addressed adequately by the existing set of rules.

A new rule may involve penalties which can be applied retrospectively if a majority of committee members vote to apply penalties to the offending player, captain or team. If any player or captain is unaware of the specifics of any rule or believes there is a situation not covered by the rules, it is their responsibility to seek approval from the administrator or find themselves subject to SEC [7].

Can someone please clarify if the ClarkeM thread ban was retrospectively applied under 3(c) as implied by Gralin or was it a Moderator decision as implied by Wosh?

All threadbans can only be done by moderators and are mod actions therefore no more discussion, thank you.

If your club didn't feel the need to waste everyone's time on grand final weekend with an appeal of a clear rules violation this would have all been sorted on Friday so maybe get back in your box.
