Competing club members can purchase tickets from 9am on Monday while AFL members will get their opportunity from 9am on Tuesday.

The general public will have access to any remaining tickets at 9am on Wednesday.

The Melbourne Cricket Club says about 12,000 reserved seats on levels 1, 2 and 4 will go on sale to full members on Tuesday at noon. There will be a maximum of eight seats available per transaction.

The remaining 10,000 seats and 1000 standing room spots not sold in advance will be available when gates open at 10.30am next Saturday.

Yo yo.

Where will you be watching the MIGHT BLACK AND WHITE boys destroy whatever team makes up the numbers?

Members, M...36? I think. Around 12 rows back. Now I think of it, better find out where those tickets are...

Re: Seating: GRAND F_ING FINAL!

Not concerned about seating location just yet, I'm just pressing f5 over and over on my internet banking account for the next 24 hours.

Anyone know, where do I check for ticketing info?

If you were in the ballot like me then you have a looong wait until 9am on Monday to check Ticketek to see if you got a ticket.

Although if anyone comes across one in the meantime I'm happy to spend some good $$$ like the rest of us.

Re: Seating: GRAND F_ING FINAL!

Hehe I hear ya!

Do you know by chance when the tickets get charged?

Here's your answer - " Should Collingwood win their Preliminary Final, Ticketek will process all registrations and debit each registered credit card for the cost of all Grand Final tickets within 24 hours of completion of the Preliminary Final.

Not sure if that's 24 hours after ours or tomorrow night...so Sunday/Monday at the latest!!! I better check my balance....!!

Nah you don't. Ticketek withdraw the money from your card within 24 hours. You'll know by tomorrow night if you got a ticket or not.

Good call Kazy.

Sunday morning, 10.01am, I will have my ticket, I am absolutely 100% guaranteed a Grand Final ticket as an AFL Full Club Support member. While I'd love a bottom deck seat, I'll sit on the ****ing roof just to witness our first real crack at a flag in 20 years.

Best of luck to all who are searching for tickets, use all avenues, mates, work, school, Ebay, Other clubs allocations etc etc, and I hope you can join me there.

I'm pretty sure any of your accounts won't have money taken out till Sunday morning, after the Grand Final teams have been decided.

There's no use charging you for a ticket for a game that technically doesn't exist yet, as they AFL has to figure out all seating arrangements for both competiting teams before allocating the tickets.

That's just my "guess" though.

My package ticket is somewhere between Q49-Q53.

No doubt my priority 2 membership barcode will be successful, thus allowing my father to go, and it will probably get a better seat which I will happily trade for.

Likewise brother.

I'm a Priority 1 Member. Registered last week. Do you have to specify what type of seat you want? Or is that automatic?

I'm also a MCC Member that was successful in the ballot. Just trying to round up as many tickets as I can at this stage.

Just went and spent $1350 on a package to get a seat.

C'mon Pies!
Same here mate! Did you get the GF Eve Dinner package???

I am fully aware that I will have a horrible seat up the top somewhere, so it is a ****ing rip off for $1350. But as Matty said, I'd sit on the ****ing roof to see this GF!!!
