sorry for the stupid questions but never been to the mcg before and just got these tickets, couldnt choose a team section but i guess all fans are mixed, but wondered if there is a mainly Magpies end.

Just got 3 tickets in Q10, was trying for the premium tickets in p6/p7 but according to the site there were none left, doesn't bother me where ever we are, as at least we are at the game.

Now time to go to work for the day then fly over to Melbourne tonight.

I'd guess your productivity levels wouldn't be great today.

Ponsford Stand/City End is where the cheer squad and most Collingwood fans are but we are going to be everywhere Friday. The G is going to be rockin' and so loud. I reckon if we get on top early we should make sure the crowd gets right behind the boys and makes the Cats feel even more nervous than they are!

Are you a Yank who's coming for your first game or just first at the G?

Found another 2 in M28. I can't believe how useless Ticketek are, first they say premium is exhausted, then they say there are seats again, back and forth.

Yeah, I kept refreshing the ticketek page and finally got a premium seat in M28 Ponsford Stand. Pretty stoked with that.

Mind you i got the M28 tickets on their website, while i was talking to someone from Ticketek on the phone who was telling me all he could offer me was Q5 Row U, as nothing else was available. Go figure...

It is very strange how premium seating was 'exhausted', yet we are still able to get a premium seat after many tries on the website. They should try and fix that to be more accurate.

Online 9:00am Monday for 2x Legends seats but had connection issues and didn't get seats until 9:05am. Prefer N-level but ended-up in M55 HH so at least we're undercover if the predicted showers come through. Very nervous already!

Wasn't too bad actually, the more I work the faster the day goes, but once it got to noon the day started to drag, so I just walked around talking up our chances to anyone that would listen to me.

Was also walking around whistling to the tune of our club song.

Ended up getting Q29 row C. Even though they are top deck seats, they are up front which is solid.

Out in the open as well so should be able to soak in the atmosphere, which is going to be electric!

Erm, since I decided to go to the game last week... Been in Oz for a few years now and been to a few Swans games (always supporting the away team) but never really followed anyone.
But that will all change from friday!
Disappointed I will be beside the Geelong cheer squad but I guess its not like being in a Rangers top at Celtic park!!!

Went on ticketek before to see what I could have gotten if I had the balls to wait till today to buy tickets.. Fairly shattered with them offering me M14 row F seats. Oh well, standing should be fun .
