I'm one happy fanboy! Fighting Vipers and VF2 are awesome games. VF2 in HD makes me jizz! Mainly because I have the arcade machine of it. Sonic the fighters is an extremely average game but I'll take it anyways!

Can't help but feel selfish now and want VF3 HD also!!

These games are just a little to old for me (well, that plus there's no PC release date lol). They are super-early 3D games that have been surpassed by Sega's 3D fighting game efforts since like VF 3-5.

Something like Sonic the Fighters will be nice to have just because its a pretty rare sega game (if only Sega hadn't lost the Panzer Dragoon Saga source code ), but overall, if you want a good 3D sega fighting game, VF5 probably has you covered. At least, more so than this collection.

edit: You're unadulterated love for Sega is great JR, but this package isn't so great, imo.

edit edit: Shit...Virtua On?? damn that game was good. How can they make that happen without the dual joystick setup though?

It's the nostalgia! Being able to play arcade classics at home! I understand some of the games may not hold up as well as the did back in the day but believe me VF2 is still awesome to this day. I own the arcade machine and play it at least once a week. It's something about those model 2 graphics that I love!

Virtua Striker is also a great game, Virtua On is awesome, Sonic the fighters is meh, but it's never been released before, VF2 is great & Fighting Vipers is pretty fun.

Hopefully these sell well enough so we can see the release if Scud Race, Sega Rally, Daytona USA 2, Virtua Fighter 3,Virtua Cop and all the other countless Sega arcade classics.

Games were released tonight.

VF2 is still simply awesome. Great fun and has the option of playing 2.0 or 2.1
Fighting Vipers is ok, a lot of people love this game but I've never been a massive fan of it. Still enjoy playing it every now and again.
Sonic Fighters is garbage. Only buy it if you're a die hard like me.

All games have the option for full screen but it stretches a tiny bit. You get used to it after five minutes though.

Can't wait for Virtua Striker and Virtua On now!
