And these role/link players look poor when the system fails. We are a top heavy list, only way out is to get rid of some of the top heavy and balance the cap and team. Who? I’d test the waters on H, Williams?
Binns is a level below. Kicking is ordinary at VFL level.

Fog hasn't really turned in any 'Poor' games, but he is very limited. He gets chances because he does the team things like tackle and chase, but he just doesn't score anywhere near enough (not really at all) to hold a spot.
Motlop I've totally lost patients with and should be left in the VFL to fight his way back in. And more than just 1 game where he might kick two goals. He needs to string 4 quarters together, and in consecutive weeks. But he's the type of player that will never do this. He doesn't have a football instinct, and I don't think his heart is really in it to be honest.
God I hope Durds comes good. He definitely has footy instinct, but it appears he has a James Hird model 'Glass Body'.
Move Walsh to the Wing, Keep Boyd & Lord in.

Doch and others should not be playing no matter how many credits they have in the bank
Doc is the one player with more creds and deserves leniency IMO (even starting as Sub for a few games).
McGovern, Motlop, Acres, Fog, and to a lesser extent Ollie (though he could go back on the Wing and play well I feel) need t be held to a higher standard.

Doesn’t score goals ….big problem
This is our most immediate and biggest issue.
Hack kicks, poor disposal, turnovers, lack of consistent contributors, are also the issues we face regularly, but they are worsened by the fact that we have 3 talls that can all kick big scores, all regularly beaten, and smalls who dont get near it and dont score with their limited opportunities.
Not sure if its mostly disposal the coming in, the lack of structure and that our forwards are not on the same page or have no idea how to create space, or how easily it is run back out without resistance (our 2023 defensive pressure, trapping the ball in out F50 was a big part of our good run), but if we can at least focus on our forward structure and get these guys playing for one another it would go a long way to reversing our poor form.

Doc out of the side this week. Haven't seen if he is listed as Omitted, Injured or Managed yet, but I think we know regardless. I love him and I hope he can find his true form again, but finally it's not a youngster omitted for a returning player.
I hope integrity means best option replacing underperforming option, rather it being based on age
