What changes do you reckon for this week?
Lange for Carey is the obvious but there are two players on edge. Jones and Clayton have to be close to being dropped.
I think Jones isn't quite there yet and Clayton, well, we all saw him last week.
But, in their favour is the lack of options in the MK's. Out of the senior eligible players, only Ainley has the form to come up. Both Morrell and Petrie played well, but aren't the right mix of players. With Motlop, Abraham and Makepeace still out, we are left with little choice.
I say bugger it, go for Ainley, give him a go.
So here is my changes:
IN: Carey, Ainley
OUT: Lange (inj), Jones.
No reason to bring in Ainley other than giving him a go. Spaull may also be considered.

I never saw the MK's so I can't offer much. What about Harris. Whats going on with him. Someone said somewhere that he hasn't taken to well to being dropped or has not been doing whats been asked of him.

Worried about "The Super Harro" has done stuff all in the Muzzas. Big one this week he needs it.

Spoke to the Skull today said 'The foot feels good. Good enough to go for a run". And " Should be back after the split round". So that is a good thing. He was walking about not on the crutches anymore.

Apart from Carey for Lange.
I think thats it. Case of swapping apples for apples.

Go the Skull !!!

THE DOC..

Carey for Lange is pretty obvious, but as DOC says, that will probably be all.
Clayton and Jones were both ordinary last week, but who is there to come in for them?
Abraham was said to be vying for selection (according to today's MX), but surely he would come back through the MKs after more than 2 months out.

As DOC pointed out Harris has done very little in the MKs to suggest he should be considered, although an extra small man may be an option against the Bulldogs who have been able to exploit taller defences by sending Brown or Johnson to full forward to unsettle a side.

One way to select specifically for the occasion is to pre-empt the Bulldogs likely side, and select based on which players need to be restrained, and which of the Bulldogs' deficiencies are most easily exploited.

To go with containment, pick a small side. To go on the attack, pick a side of tall forwards which the Bulldogs can't control.
