I dare say that anyone who looked at the Colbert situation for more than 30 seconds understood the political motivations behind the networks decision

None of the "justifications" that those who supported the decision stacked up when you looking into things

I also wouldn't be surprised to see further ramifications for John Lyons & the ABC after his question to Trump a couple of days ago - the ABC had its accreditation to attend Trumps London press conference this week withdrawn due to "logistical reasons”; as informed by Downing St

Between 2006/07 & 2016/17, I visited the US on 4 occasions, taking in different cities and experiences each time - I was in Seattle for the 20th & 21st 2017 (interesting times...), but the 30 odd days I was in the US during that trip was a very different feeling to the previous editions, and since flying home from that trip I've had very little inclination to return

A couple of months back I was chatting on the phone with my cuz and we've talked enough over the years to have an understanding of others differences & similarities when it comes to politics - during the call she jokingly asked if I was thinking of going back to the US any time soon. As I said, I'd be turned around at the border and on the next plane home
