No I didn't. The point is they will always be scrutinised if someone is dobbing them in. If the way they play is getting picked up on then they need to be smarter about it.

Maybe that is why the umpires are too busy being inconsistent in all other areas of the game. They are watching Ling too much

Yep, they do. Meanwhile, others get away with it, not because they are "smarter about it" but because they are not being as heavily scrutinised. That's inconsistent and that's the point.

It was a Geelong player with the ball. A crows player was standing right next to Ablett very near the player with the ball. The umpire asked Gary to move away 5 metres(taking the crows player away at the same time), which is fair.

Agreed, quite fair.
