A good movie relating to the topic is Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, which is loosely based on the confessions of American serial killer Henry Lee Lucas.

Netflix are now showing ''The Confession Killer'' a limited season show on Henry Lee Lucas. The premise is that Henry may not have killed all or any that he said ( apart from the 2 locals )
