Atalanta are a very good side, we won’t be taking them lightly that’s for sure. Might throw a bit of coin on them just in case 🤣
Where's the divvy react?
Our game is suited to playing strong sides.
Sorry Greeneshoots, I love watching this Atalanta side but Atalanta and cup finals don't work out too well

Trust me as a Tottenham fan :(

Two of the top three go down, Napoli huge win over Juve. Spezia excellent
2-0 shock win over leaders Milan
All falling Inters way atm

Lol, Juve battered us but weren't clinical going by the stats

63% possession, 24 shots at goal to 8, but only 6 on target.

Spezia and Benevento have surprised me well over halfway into the campaign, would've thought they'd dropped off by now but still picking up points.

Still averaging over 1ppm and clear breathing space to the relegation battle now. They might only need 35 points or so (around 10 more points) considering how poor the bottom 4 are.

Cagliari have been very disappointing for me, had a solid season last season, but haven't rocked up this season.

Cagliari have been aggressive in the transfer market as well and their squad looks strong it would be a poor effort to get relegated.
Torino 2 wins all season and not in the relegation zone.

How Napoli esque of them.
Lazio win tonight and the race becomes really tight.

Torino are weird, they know how to score, they have the 9th best attack, but can't yet convert these draws into wins.

Equal 3rd worst defence though suggests their league position is about right, but yeah, I feel they'll find a way to survive still, particularly if they can start converting draws into wins.

Who knows what Inter will do in the morning, last year they pissed away their golden opportunity to mow down Juve and ended up drawing every crucial game in the race for the scudetto, it's in their hands atm though, lets see if they've found some ticker to grind out results.

You guys got the early the goal though so no need to risk opening up your defence when we don’t have the creativity in midfield to break it down. Most of our shots hardly tested Merret.

Gee, that was a frustrating game to watch. Left it until really late. Cagliari looked the better team for parts and when they didn't, we were flat and almost toothless in attached. Super sub Muriel to the rescue!

Napoli at home, Real Madrid at home and then Samp away are going to be 3 massive games. Big chance to get points and progress in the CL

The first half was all midfield fouling and mispassing very frustrating, Muriel seems to become more important every game.
Ilicic is struggling with tight marking.

Big win by Inter this morning against an in form Lazio team. Barella and Lukaku having great seasons. Capitalised on both Juve and Milan losing... Milan derby next up. The season is shaping up nicely.

As for Napoli, great win but we continue to be incredibly up and down. Only we could get 3 pts vs Juve after getting 1 pt combined vs Spezia, Torino, Genoa and Verona over the last 6 or so weeks. Still think our most realistic aim is 4th spot.

Yeah the fact we seem to never draw these days is keeping us in the hunt

But yeah, not great consistency

No Tomori no Milan.

Tough night for Art Vandelay_
When you wake up inexplicably with a busted ankle you didn’t have when you went to bed caring about football is secondary.

Milan have bigger issues than Tomori of late. Rely on a 39yo

The Lukaku-Lautaro partnership getting better every game, could very well be the difference in the title race. Inter's second goal was all class, wonderful team move.

They also gotta thank Handanovic though, a series of great saves to deny Ibra and Tonali when it was only 1-0.

They were great saves, Milan came out firing and had a few chances to equalise before and after half time.
Having said that Inter always looked deadly on the counter and I think Perisic makes a massive difference at wingback over Young and Darmian.

In the Atalanta game Luis Muriel with an assist and a goal again, he has stepped up more than anyone since Papu left and has been our best playmaker.

Muriel always had potential, even back in his Udinese days

Took a while for him to get anywhere close to it, was a nearly man for so many years

First club he's averaging well over a goal every other game. Mainly went at around 1 in 4 elsewhere aside from where he started out in Colombia

He is equal 3rd in goals even though he mostly comes off the bench.
It is impressive and maybe a bit surprising he is stepping up to have more responsibility given his past, even ilicic's form has waned of late but Muriel is the one who creates the most chances.
