What the hell happened this morning?

Fiorentina travelled to mid table Torino and got their butts spanked 4-0. La Viola conceded three of those goals in a twelve minute period midway through the first half. We have been more than competitive against the best teams this season so to lose quite spectacularly to a team well below us is a massive shock.

Easily our worst performance of the season.

Eventful game in the Copa Italia this morning, Fiorentina defeated Napoli 5-2 in extra time after La Viola had a player sent off late in the first half and Napoli had two sent off in the second half.

Been a roller coaster last month or so for Napoli, smashed with key absentees, some poor losses and of course the news of Insigne leaving :disappointed: solid weekend though with Inter and Atalanta drawing/dropping points and Milan surprisingly losing at home to Spezia... coupled with us winning 2-0 at Bologna and it's soooo good to have the likes of Fabian Ruiz and Osimhen back!

Random side note - big big fan of Gianluca Scamacca, think he can soon step up and be Italy's #9 - a position the Azzurri need filling with Immobile not always able to translate his Lazio form over.

He's a big boy Scamacca, only just turned 23, target men take a bit longer normally

Scamaccas been brilliant, love his eagerness to shoot and the quality he has.

Joao Pedro will be a big get for Azzurri too. Really admire the work he does for Cagliari and pretty lethal too.

That junior messiahs disallowed goal is tragic.

Vlahovic missed a penalty early, but Fiorentina still managed to defeat Genoa 6-0 this morning, The highlights for me were Biranghi's two goals, both from free kicks about 20 metres out. Stunning.

Napoli vs Inter next weekend is massive

Vlahovic on debut scores for Juve, who pass Atalanta into 4th (the latter has a game in hand though)
