Okey posted this towards the end of the previous thread.

24hr rule applies from tomorrow (squad submission ends tonight).

In future, players that sign up over off-season with a preferred team can join straight away. Players that sign up ater stumbling across thread (without preferred team) can have 24hrs.

Rule was designed to ensure the less active clubs get a chance to put their case forward. Not designed to penalise the clubs that actively recruit over off-season and bring players to the league.

Or something like that ^

Note new thread has just gone up for S18.
