Cats are in disgrace today. Full moon schizo last night - I didn’t get much sleep what with the wrestling, thundering up and down the hall and a couple of interesting bursts of yodelling. Also just discovered that Ron Barassi vomited a hairball on the bath mat. A whole house of easy-clean, hardwood floors so he spews on the bath mat. Of course they’re all asleep now. Knackered I suspect. I know I am

Lockdown 5 got the boss back in his chair after getting the desk and chair back out.

My little boy has been dealing with pain in his back legs lately, and difficulty walking at times. Just got back from the vet. Spent the last few days thinking he either had bone cancer or tumors. Scans and blood work say thats not the case thank god. But thinks he might have sciatica or some nerve damage, which sucks, but buys me precious extra time with him as I was fully expecting him to not come home. Hopefully the medication helps.

I love doggos. I’m the kind of guy that sees a dog whilst out and about and wants to go up to it and pat it right away.

Had to have my boy put to sleep a week or so ago. Silly bugger broke his leg randomly and the rehab coupled with his age and preexisting conditions meant that amputation would've have been hell for him. He was starting to get better as well so it was pretty unexpected but he was very brave (especially for a male greyhound)

As I always say to everyone, dogs don’t spend as much time on this rock as they are born with something it takes some of us a lifetime to learn.

Inherent goodness, loyalty and unconditional love.

Zeus is sending his affection, some licks, not nice gentle licks either, licks akin to a hyena licking the flesh from a carcass, and a few rip-snorting gas bombs from his anus that could clear a footy field.
