As of late, there has been an increase of threads being created. While the activity is good, a lot of these are shit. Maybe this is being spurred on by all these 'rating threads', 'poster of the week' etc. They are good, don't get me wrong, but there's way too many shit thread cloggers be created.

Just want to put it out there, whether anything can be done or not that doesn't discourage posting etc.

I didn't want to bump the thread Juggs made about it (for everyone's wellbeing) but for the benefit of those who can't access the captain's page, are these rules still up to date and if not can we get some details on what the changes are?
