Love the concept. It's like the Fantasy Fantasy Draft, but on a larger scale. :thumbsu:
Despite endorsing this idea the lawyers for the fantasy fantasy draft will be keeping a close eye on this.

Captains should be decided by a convoluted process. 6 groups of 8 (each group is paired off, highest poller of each pairing goes to round of 4, then round of 2 until captain is decided for that group).

I didn't think my Shirts vs. Skins pick up idea would register anyway, doubtful we could find six players willing to pop off their shirts in public. But I know ClarkeM, for one, was game.

This still sounds like a concept though.

If I take off my shirt, its a sure fire win for whoevers team I'm on. No one wants to see/touch/experience this.

I'd probably count as two picks if I took my shirt off.

Came up with a few more things while taking a dump that could make the league more exciting. First of all is trading. It would be super cool if captains could perform trades like in the NBA whilst the draft is taking place. For example, say pick 1 belongs to PVF and he drafts Wise Guy Sam, but the captain with pick 6 really wants WGS, the holder of pick 6 would be able to trade both pick 6 and 7 for WGS. These trades are able to take place at any point throughout the draft. Of course time taken needs to be minimised. Trades can then take place throughout the entirety of the season, as can signings and delistings. Players wouldn't be able to delist themselves, nor would they be able to turn down trades, because if you enter the draft you don't get a say where you end up.

The trading proposition of course would leave some teams with more players than others at the conclusion of the draft. This is where the free agency pool comes in. Basically just players who didn't get drafted. These players are able to decide which team they want to sign with, assuming they get more than one offer.

But as originally said, squad lists are 20 and no more. So how would 1 side have more than another side?
