Is he the assistant coach for Clayton? If so I believe he has come from the ammos and all he does is bark instructions all day long and wouldn't know what a contested possession is. Wouldn't say too fat though little harsh.

How is that spud Hamilton going for Clayton(surely not in the 1s)? shocking individual to have at any club. Had 4 clubs in the SFL and has always blamed the coach. When is that spud going to step up and train properly, pay his subs and generally do the rite thing by his club and team mates. He can't play the game anyway

Joel Ferguson was use less at highett played himself in the midfield and couldn't get a kick to save himself very over rated.Definately most hated our club and probably clayton as well.

Skye Bombers seem like they are up and about, they are quite strong across all lines from what I saw today. Clayton still seem the one to beat, a very experienced lot. Will Beena bounce back after what has to be considered as a big loss in those terrible conditions? Should be an interesting second half to the season.

hmmmm, well as a clayton person/player, I dont hate him... in fact Joel is very much liked at Clayton. He has been a very good assistant to Richard (from what I have seen anyway), he gets a bit angry on the football field, but dont we all.

So Magros, unless ur a disgruntled 2's player who caNT get a game, i suggest u speak for urself and not for others... Did u not watch yesterdays game at Caulfield, he was great yesterday.

Point Taken. My first impression was that it was not serious, and I couldn't see the bite from the angle I was standing. Clearly, my view was distorted, and now I have facts (i.e. did bite), then I have changed my opinion on the matter. Let's drop it and leave it to the SFL to sort out. I do think that kreskas season will be over.

from the same perspective, i agree. I dont hate Joel. I think he works well with Richo, and gets on well with the players. He is passionate about his football and shows that around the club.

Conditions were ok until quarter time and then it became a slog. Beena ran all over Skye in 1st qtr should have been 5 goals up, once the rain came Skye were better around the stoppages and better up forward, full marks to them they deserved to win and played well and will be hard to beat out there.

Beena missing Zarra, Rodwell and a couple of others, didnt adapt well in the wet but still have plenty to offer this season, considering the only other loss was to Clayton by 4pts in a thriller and confortably saw off OD, Highett and South Yarra, can't see too many problems going into the second half of the year. I think the ladder is a very accurate reflection of things to this point.

I reckon he had blood on his elbow from belting Robbie in the face so many times, but lets wait and see.

Must be the only club out there to have players out. Why when someone gets beaten cant it just be because they were beaten by a better side on the day. 'Should have been 5 goals up' Well they werent. Skye were very hard at the ball and from what I saw Murrumbeena didnt like it at all. A couple of players in particular. No. 4, 17 etc.

As a player who played in this game I must admit I am suprised by this statement!!

Beena 2.6 to 1.2 in first quarter, 3 of the misses easy set shots, so it should have been 4 goals, my apologies, would not have changed the result in the end, as I said previously, full marks to Skye they were the better team over 4qtrs and deserved to win, no one is disputing that fact.

The top 4 are quite even, Clayton will fancy themselves and should be favourites at this point, the other 3 still with some work to do but the ability on their day to beat each other.

Maybe all isn't great down at Clayton this year - surely players shouldn't be abusing one another from the same club particularly on this forum. Surely the club deserves better boys

In relation to Beenas lauhing and joking after the game that would be spot on. So many egos in that club and it's all about the individual. Talented list but lack the professionalism to go all the way

I ventured down to Black Rock on Saturday to watch a good hard contest in trying conditions. With all the talk about White i have read on here of late, i was expecting fireworks. Not to be!

The only real highlight was Wilson, he was clearly the difference with 8 majors. The only guy on the ground who had polish, and you can tell he has played a higher standard before. He handled the ball better than most players in slippery conditions and he must be around 6 foot 3? He would have 60 goals by now if playing in one of the better teams. Black Rock have got a good thing there, he has single handed kept them in divvy 2. Will he hang around though? He must be in his 30's now, and his missus is pregnant i hear?

It also made me think that clubs take a greater risk recruiting 'unproven' players from other comps, if i was making decisions on who a club recruits, i would be going after proven sfl performing players.

That comment im sure will get the the other guys from other comps bagging the sfl,etc, etc. But the guys who have got the job done in sfl over previous years are a much safer bet i think.

What are your thoughts? I thought i would start a new discussion, and get away from talk about peanuts like Kreskas and White.

I've watched Black Rock play twice this season and to be honest Wilson was deplorable. To say he would have 60 goals to date if he was in a good side is utterly ludicrous

I saw Wilson on Saturday and he looks terrific. Well liked and a team player. I'm told he is happy and wants to stay beyond 2010.

Wilson is someone we will definetly need to stop in a couple of weeks, In round 1 when we played them he started well but once we started controlling the midfield and dried up his supply it was all over from there

I think he played a few praccy games for Sth yarra this year before he moved to Black rock
