If Dragons can win flag not paying $$$, no reason why Hallam and Doveton can't

Well this all depends on why you are playing the game... Are you playing to win a Premiership with ur mates?? or are you playing for a bit of extra coin in ur pocket each week?? Once you can honestly answer this question, you will be able to hold that cup aloft on the last game of the year.

Carrum Juniors end at U16's and formed a bit of an alliance with Chelsea Heights last year, but must've gotten a better offer and crossed to arch rival Chelsea this year.

Actually now i think about it, Carrum/Patto have a junior footy club. I live down that way, don't think they'd have too much trouble finding players to be honest.

From what I hear the Bears are making some very good progress re off field matters which could lead to good progress on field down the track.

Carrum folded at the end of the 1995 season after competing for 1 season in the top grade of the MPNFL. The year before they spent big $$$ on players to win the Div 2 grade in that comp. Obviously this was there downfall as they owed money to the league and just weren't competitive in Div 1.....from memory only won 1 game. They'll probably do what Skye did when they entered the SFL and play under a different name (hence Carrum / Patterson Lakes) so they don't have to py back $$$. Skye remember were Carrum Downs and also owed the MPNFL money which they never saw!
Hopefully they get up and running be good for the SFL to get more teams and yes they have a fair amount of juniors so good way to build the club up. Also it is the same club as the Carrum Cowboys playing out of Roy Dore Reserve so they'll have links to the Super Rules club as well.

3rd Div should be quite interesting this year with Caulfield & Ashwood desperately wanting to make the jump back up & Mt who have been unlucky not to make it in recent years. I'm tipping Mt to go one better (go Tatts)

Hallam cant make same mistake of Endevour Hills, and let the group of riff-raff that came from the Redlegs/E Hills play for Hallam.

E Hills found out the bad way.

Dan Atkin from Dingley & Springy Districts.. Solid Fullback, good bloke should go very well as Coach.
Kev Atkin.. Dingley 1s & 2s. Tall, tries hard, handy in 3rd Div.
Tim Ford.. Under size key forward. Great hands and a beautiful kick. Lazy but talented. Will kick 80+ goals in 3rd Div

Tim Ford is the one Dingley forward over the past few years that opposition team genuinely feared. Bucket loads of talent and could win a game by himself. Only very young too!

Huge get by Dandy and a big loss for the Dingoes.
