That's an interesting sledge, Homer. I assume you mean that Tooronga Malvern fielded players that were not registered to play with Tooronga Malvern? That is the accepted sporting definition of "ring in". Eight of them?
Perhaps you might like to either:

4. I'm not sure how you define "shalling out cash", I think you probably mean "shelling". Suffice to say if money is your motivation for playing football then Tooronga Malvern is not the club for you.

TM realise they are going to get relegated, the commitee , exec board whomever make a decision to bring in a handfull of blokes to help them out, Coach disagree's quite strongly, club overides coach and gives him the choice. and that is pretty much why you have your currant situation.
I realise people will have differant views on this but i would tend to agree with the coach, ride it out with the blokes that have busted their ass all year and cop it on the chin. but hey its just my opinion.

Although a little biased, i would say Kenny Hall from St Pauls is a very underrated backman. Very rarely beaten in a one on one situations and doesn't shirk an issue.
