I think beasy saw the writing on the wall when big phil smith was recruited and knew he'd languish in the two's and has Troy Ogier left Chelsea? He'd leave a fair gap in there midfield and flag aspirations

Ogier is a goer but not that damaging, didn't do much in their 2 gf losses....would of thought ash Roberts bigger loss if retired

Good one. A few of those names are looking familiar.

Does anyone know if it is possible to see last seasons results/best players etc?

Would be good to work out the calibre of players moving in and out of the league.

The bloke who saw Jack Watts at StKilda City is obviously blind, there is no substance to it period.

Out for City are as follows _ Tasiyan & Arvanitis - Lalbert, Jacobs - Sunshine ( His brother is coach),Branan - Avondale Heights, Farrelly - Blackburn, McPhee- O/Ss

Ins: M.Stinear - Captain Coach ,Dobric, Gav Mahony, Dosser & Tilley - Mt Gravatt QAFL, Bruno - Sandy,MCConchie from injury with 2 or 3 others on the boil and training at the club
and the return of Quinn,Poyas,Johnstone,ONeill,Reiseger,Porter,Carroll,Grundy
amongst others and natural improvement from the youngsters should be competitive.

Ogier & Roberts will be big losses at Chelsea Heights?

We are rapt to have dragged these 2 quality players away from St Kilda City, they will make a huge impact at our club which has struggled for many years. In saying this it also pleases me to know that the loss of these quality players from City is being offset by some quality additions such as Jay Bruno, Stinear and the retention of blokes like Quinn, Ezie Poyas, Carroll etc. City will be around the mark again and all credit to em:thumbsu:

just had a look where lalbert is... and gosh they have to get alot of cash to up there... 8 hour round trip! you'd almost want to move up there lol

have they recruited anyone to fill there positions or have they got any decent kids coming though?

from what i hear they might as well gave him a scholarship... with his studying and all that
 
I assume Roberts has retired, but haven't seen anything on clearances about Ogier, is he heading back to Edi? would be huge loss for Heights..

How will Mordialloc go this year. They normally have a good record against the top sides, are they a chance for top 3. Any news on how they are looking at the moment?
 
I see the big unit Johnny Mac has asked for a clearance from City to the Eastern league. It has been denied?!?!? Great to see the big fella pulling on the boots again as he is a great character to play footy against!!
