Nice work, and he is fitting in well and is very fit and ready to go.

Hey super, what was the go on Saturday, was talking to a couple of cocky vultures who said they tanned your @rse in both 1's and 2's it could be a long season at chelt this year.

Yeah 2's was 20 goals and 1's around 9 goals.
Wouldn't read much into it.
We had 15 unavailables in our seniors (due to premier cricket, weddings, illness, family emergencies etc.) so it was effectively a reserves side playing seniors and our clubbies playing reserves. Some good signs though from plenty of youngsters and good to get a hitout under our belts.
Highett this week, we should have quite a few of those players available.
BTW, the skipper busted his arm in the 2nd qtr and was operated on yesterday so will miss the start of the season.

Would'nt look into it too much mate i think both clubs were just happy to have a bit of a hit out, played a lot of 2's probably only 2nd gear most of the arvo but was good to have a hit out...

heard the vultures had at least 12 seniors that didnt play on saturday who are to vs mordi this week so sounds like you were on pretty even terms then hey?

It's hilarious! I drifted on there a while ago to add an SFL followers perspective and the response was gold. It is going to take a while for them to come to terms with the fact that when all the dust settled and the independant board that was voted in sat back and looked at it objectively, the SFL had more to offer than the VAFA.
