Footage will be interesting as the siren seemed to go before the final mark and shot after the siren. Umpire seemed to panic and allow the mark that perhaps shouldn’t have counted!

I just watched the last 5 minutes of the game I think everyone at the ground had trouble hearing the siren.

Apparently according to the Beena timekeeper they had to turn the siren down on the scoreboard as the neighbours were complaining

Yet the lion roaring sound effect after every goal is way louder and occurs more frequently. Work that out

Would've thought if you purchased a home near a footy club you'd expect to hear the siren. Even when it's quiet at the Arena it can still be hard to hear.

As much as I disliked the bloke on the footy field, I have a huge amount of respect for George for his ability to keep playing at this level at his age and have an impact.

One of those guys you love him on your team and hate him if you play against him. Either way the bloke keeps keeping on.

45 point comeback one of the bigger ones in SFL recent times I'm sure, unless anyone knows of a greater deficit?

I think Murrumbeena vs Caufield in 2024 were 48 down in a game in 2023 or 2024 and won. Would have to look it up though

I remember this game. 2024. Coming off their only loss for the year Beena about 8 goals down in the 3rd quarter. Won the game and never looked liked losing another game on the way to a flag.

When I played at Beena in 2018 we were 7 goals up vs Highett in a semi final thanks to Luke James first quarter masterclass and ended up getting rolled. Wasn't a great feeling
