Good appointment, well spoken and seems focused on developing the club and young players.

I'm happy with this appointment. It is and it isn't an internal promotion as Aligned Leisure is a fully seperate business. Seems to have good business acumen away from footy but is not a complete footy noob.

Things I wanna see in the first 100 days
1. Complete rejuvenation of the fitness / injury management team.
2. Publicly announced plan to challenge the AFL on how we are umpired including legal action
3. Insistence in equal distribution to other non expansion clubs, if the AFL don't do that then cut the membership price in half. The club should not be taking money from our members if the AFL is just gunna take it and give it to other clubs
4. Very hard looking at whether to continue the Punt Road development plans, the cost escalation demands this.

I really hope Shane Dunne is up to it.
I feel like club has made few mistakes since 2020.
I won't judge & do think he is better suited than Simon Matthews the other guy they were looking at.
I just want the club to be strong in their thoughts & values again anyone could see Gale had checked out the last couple of years.
