r dub if you want to discuss this properly then please take your 'The world is out to get Arsenal' crusade somewhere else.
It's not the fact he was inexperienced, it was moreso the fact you said this incident wouldn't have happened if he faced the challenge against the best defenders in the league. Still thats debatable, because JT goes into challenges very, very hard at times. If he was running that quickly and slid like he does, there is still the chance of an accident occuring, like it has done here.
Also I have to disagree with the comments with there being a high chance of breaking someones leg sliding/kicking in. You know that shinpad is there for a reason. Theres a high chance of injury when players are running at each other like they did, the momentum plays a much higher part in this than the hit itself.
See thats the problem an Arsenal supporter can't say anything without people like you automatically assuming we have the world against us mindset. Are you suggesting Shawcross is not one of the best defenders in the league? I guess he just got a call up to the England squad because he is average. Ye the momentum of Shawcross sliding and swining his boot in at high speed has "done it here".
Shawcross has a history of pathetic challenges but people chose to deny this and instead take aim at arsenal supporters.
