Great conference but...
The last thing he says about him coaching into the future was great.
It isn't about him, it's about the players enjoying some success which they havn't had for the last 2-3 years.
That summed up the whole thing, It isn't about individual performances any longer, Lloyd has sacraficed his game for the good of the team winning.
