Boyle ( ham ) , Crawford ( knee ) , Mitchell ( calf ) , Franklin ( flu ) , Ellis ( cork hip ) ,i was told should all be ok to play .

yeah its hard to gage though essendon have been so incosistent this year. we beat teams like adeliade, st kilda, west coast and sydney in the crunch. then we nearly lose to richmond and melbourne and we get beaten by essendon. If the bombers want to be real finals contenders and prove to the league and their fans they can win the flag then they need to win the next 6 or so matches straight and have some good form goin into the finals. Not just limp in.

I hate losing to ourselves....leaves a sour taste in the mouth doesnt it?

The Hawks are a little overrated, and with a spate of injuries...

Their run home is

Essendon
Brisbane (melb)
Port (melb)
Bulldogs
Sydney (syd)

If we beat them, Brisbane / PA are already running white hot, and if the dogs sort out their injury problems and get on a roll of their own....

It is a completely realistic that Hawthorn will not win another game in 2007, nor make the finals.

How many other teams have looked hot after 15 rounds then not won another game for the season? There is normally one a year. The Hawks are my bet to be "it" in 07.

I don't really want to rub it in but this was too good not to bring back up.
