So you want to bring in 3 midfielders and a forward and drop 4 backs? Doesn't matter who you name they have earnt their spot over the kids atm.

Your still being a hypocrit by wanting to play young guys purely to give them experience, nothing to do with them earning a spot.

Gumby doesnt deserve a spot ahead of Bradley, and Hislop is behind a few players, Including MJ, who you said should be dropped.

Maybe you havent seen Bradley form in the VFL, but in about 7 matches he has kicked something like 27 goals and has had 10+ marks in most of those games. And Im not saying MJ shouldnt be dropped, butr there are other ahead of him that have had worse seasons that should be dropped first.

And I am looking at now, because now we are a chance for the finals. As long as we are a chance for the finals we should be looking at playing our best team. Once we are out of the finals race, then we can start to look at blooding some youngsters.

You mean apart from the 4 goal half he had against Brisbane? Seeing as taht is the only time he has played up forward in AFL, I would say that is good enough form.

seriously don...you cant tell me that he,s going to be part of the resurgeince down there at essendon....he doesnt think and his decision making is worse that olaranshaws....id be happy to see him get better but i cant see it happening mate

He is a top 10 draft pick, so he obviously has some potential. We might get to see it if he plays in his natural position insted of just filling in a position that is vacant. Sheeds has used him too much asa utility when he is a genuine KPP.

Actually his decision making when he plays forward is pretty good and that includes AFL level. The problem is he simply isnt composed under pressure when he is in defence. He has hardly played a bad game when used as a forward.
