Burns out for 97. Unlucky not to get the ton but a great return from a long lag off injury didn’t look like he missed a beat. Fly him over to SA along with Renshaw

Maddinson teeing off 76* off 54.

NSW finally figured out they need bonus points :p

420 off 100 overs would make things interesting for a total of 3.2 BP.

If NSW won outright they would get to 40.99 points...

Pretty sure batting bonus points are capped at 400. Meaning if you took maximum bonus points plus an out right win you can only get 9 points maximum.

Moot point anyway as it is going to be a QLD vs TAS final

Batting points are uncapped.

I honestly didn’t even know about this. I thought I read somewhere you could get 2 points available for batting BP’s and 1 point for Bowling BP’s.

If that’s the case why the * was Nevill nurdling the ball around like is was a small chase on Day 5 test match pitch?

Does anyone know why Renshaw isn’t batting and has been replaced by Pffefer this innings?

Thanks for the update.

And here I was thinking the Aussie selectors finally grew a pair and was flying him over to SA. Why would I think a panel of gutless and spineless chimps be capable of such a decision

QLD going to take so much out of this game which you wouldn’t have thought after Day 1. But boy have they got a classy underrated outfit this season. Their fully fit top 6 have all made huge contributions this season. Still can’t fathom
They might win this despite being 160 behind at the change of innings and Renshaw being ruled out second innings.

What a ******* win! Great turnaround and confidence booster heading into the final.

Looking forward to Flogweasel barracking for Tassie every ball because I got to him so much that that is all he has left to hang his hat on

Fitting end to a crap season. Take away the first 3 games that were outright victories due to participation of the Test players, NSW finished the season with 2 draws and 5 losses. And the draw with Victoria probavly should have been a loss if the Vics applied the follow on.
