Lyon for Abbott and Patterson for Gilkes is my guess for NSW. Without Abbott at 7 though makes for a long tail.

Hughes
Larkin
Patterson
Henriques
Solway
Nevill
Copeland
O'Keefe
Lyon
Hatcher
Conway

With Moises bowling again is Hatcher really needed?

I know some within the Australian setup have said Moises should bowl more, but I am still unconvinced he is able/willing to do so. Will believe it when I see it I guess

Besides, going in bowler heavy is a proud NSW cricket tradition

Disappointing to see the most important recent game between the 2 left off the recent games list in the OP...

Hopefully see Wil Parker make his debut this game, be a good challenge to bowl to the great NSW batting lineup
And Parker has been handed his Vic Baggy from Siddle. Will debut.

Maddinson scoring faster here than he did in the Big Bash.

If anyone 5 years ago would have told me that Nic Maddison would be one of the best and most consistent Shield batsman whilst concurrently being absolute pus at big bash I would have considered them needing to be committed to a mental asylum
