There is still bad blood from Road-gate in Round 1 where Handscomb was not happy that South Australia did not declare to set up a possible outright result, which degenerated into farce with Pattinson bowling offies and Harris and Handscomb himself combining for 18 overs.

Need a spinner for Adelaide so Parker will get a gig.
Do you think Pope will get a game? If Bosisto was still in he might have been used as the spinner, but now that he's out can't really rely on Head's offies.

Probably.

I'm not sure I like this side. What does Fekete add to the side? We have four bowlers who are the same hit the deck hard and hope to produce some variable bounce. There's no outstanding pace; Sutherland would be the quickest at mid to high 130's. The only one that swings a red pill is Siddle and he doesn't do that often enough. Look at that SA attack as a comparison, Sayers is a predominantly outswinging bowler, Worrall gets it going both ways, Agar's a hit the deck bowler whilst Mennie is you "intimidator" if any.

Really need Patto back or hope a left armer comes on.

Vic doing well, get through the first session and they've then got the best of the conditions for the rest of the match. If they want to win though they might be put in a position where they need to set a target and declare in the 3rd.
No rain forecast over the next 3 days, what makes you say that?

Redbacks aren't potent enough to bowl Victoria out quickly twice, and I'm hopeful that SA will match the VIC's efforts. That would set the stage for a drawn match.

Not sure I agree with that. Out attack is pretty good and our inevitable collapse means there’s always plenty of time in the game.

Seems they've picked a team for a road, but a bit of life early on, only the 5 batsmen then a super long tail means these 2 really need to go big
It'll be a road post lunch tomorrow probably.
