If we got a second round pick for Sherman and didn’t have to pay his salary that would be a great result.
A common thread in all the players that are being rumoured as gone/traded are that none of them would be classed as having good (let alone great) skills or football nous.
Hopefully, this is a continuing trend and we look to draft players with football brains to see opportunities and the skills to execute what they see.

Definitely an annoyance of mine, and IMO also responsible for where we're at now. An argument can be made that if we'd drafted better we (a) wouldn't have needed to import players last year and (b) wouldn't have paid over the odds to secure our best up-and-comers even though they all realistically have large flaws in their game, hence reducing our salary cap pressure.
