Good news about that is the vics play every rd
that's fine, we'll accept them forfeiting. From the CA Media release on cricket.com.au:
WA will also finish the season having played seven matches and their next Shield game is not scheduled to start until March 15, when they take on NSW at Bankstown Oval.
They are scheduled to host Victoria at the WACA Ground from March 23-26, although that match will be dependent on Premier Mark McGowan reopening the state's border before then, which was delayed indefinitely last month.

That was glengowan attempting to guess what the schedule would be before it was actually announced. You can tell this through looking at the date of the post and the context of the messages around it.Has anyone noted that this schedule does not correspond with the CA website version which I posted on page #11. I expect the CA version is correct as WA will not be playing their first match until after March due to border restrictions. But why are the Vics and Blues only playing seven matches while other states play as many as 9. I recall last season VIC were dragging the chain re matches over Covid yet CA managed to make up the leeway.. Thanks Mr McGowan for stuffing up this year's shield.
