Not to be flippant, but glad to see that Channel 10 have got their priorities right tonight and continued with their scheduled programming on Prince William & Harry 🤦‍♀️

Some of the videos being shared across socials are rather disturbing - unfiltered footage of those who have clearly lost their lives, but can't even report that on certain social channels due to the forms & info that needs filling out

Too many looking to point score from this tragedy rather than just acknowledge how distressing this is, and that it's simply bullshit

Look, we know there will be a lot of discussion of the identities of the attackers, the reasons for targeting certain groups that the attackers and victims belong to, and the role of firearms in Australia. People with agendas and those in politics are looking forward to the mileage they can gain...

...but I want to focus on those who were murdered simply for celebrating a normally happy and joyous event in a what they could assume was a safe environment. It's incredibly sad but unfortunately reflective on what society is becoming. No matter what, I hope we don't lose sight of these people and I hope we treat the attackers like NZ treated that mass shooter a few years ago - condemned to be forgotten.

RIP to the innocents, and RIP to our innocence.

No network would get any programming shown if they cut to every shooting/world event

This is going to provoke a lot of fear and rage. Nothing good can come from something like this.

So sad that many families won’t have a loved one returning home tonight or ever.

Two weeks ago I visited Port Arthur

Very few people visiting in the middle of the week and it was a solemn visit to the Memorial garden and remnants of the Cafe

Never in my wildest nightmares would I have thought that I’d be seeing this type of tragedy unfold again

I was at PA aswell after my cape Raoul cruise. Noone went into the memorial garden where the Board arrow Cafe was.
I did, no words.
Was at Bondi about a year ago .
I also didnt think well see this again.

‘So sad something bad happened but let’s not investigate why or dig into it and let’s all hold hands and hope it doesn’t happen again.’

Hare Krishnas and Greek Orthodox aren’t committing crimes like this.

I’m also going to say that anyone who walked for Palestine invited this shit. It had nothing to do with us and a bunch of leftist chicks bringing a foreign issue into Australia are morons
