I work out pretty regularly but recently I've been a little short of time so what I decided to do was to change my routine to make it take less time to complete. Now, basically, instead of having 5 or 6 excersises per session, I've got to 3 or 4.
I remember doing about 6 excersises in a work out and feeling really tired - like I'd done a mother of a workout - but now I'm doing about 3 excersies and at the end of them I don't really feel like I've done much at all.
So is what I'm doing currently going to cut it for hypertrophy or am I going to need to go back to the way things were?
I could imagine that working out for a longer period of time with more exercises would release more growth hormone or something like that and I thought I'd come here for advice because I know some people here really know their stuff.
