I believe that this is a win for common sense, US & Australian drug policy of zero tolerance for soft drugs does not work and only encourages use of harder drugs, partially because if you are going to get done for cannabis why not ice.

Im no expert on US Constitutional Law, but It appears as if they'll use the 'Commerce power' of the Constitution to 'regulate' (i.e. quash) the practice.

The USA Supreme Court have read that power waaaay to broadly IMO.

VICE has found that many of the researchers who have advocated against legalizing pot have also been on the payroll of leading pharmaceutical firms with products that could be easily replaced by using marijuana. 1. Job losses
2. People who exploit it
3. Campaigns to legalise other drugs
