I am all for the name change. It takes me a while to work out who is who but frankly that’s probably something many minority groups have to tackle on the daily - so for a few weeks a year it’s nice to learn some different names.

There's a reason no other brand or corporation on earth changes their name temporarily like this, it's dumb and drives people away. When people look at the screen and don't immediately understand what's happening and who's playing they swap channel, it's basic marketting.

Even reading articles about the game where they use both teams indigenous name is confusing unless you've followed the name changes from the beginning
