Pity you didn't walk past me you poindexter campaigner I would've said it a 2nd, 3rd, 4th n' 5th time

The fact that whoever it was didn't say "**** off campaigner" means it was one of our nicer supporters.

Sammy was ok too and also faded.
That thing around his nose would have been a hindrance
Wow - we nearly blew it and shouldn't have really won in that last minute.

That second half was all about intensity and pressure around the ball.

Thats why we got Motlop. Rock was superb and most importantly allowed Rob G to stay forward and do what he did !!
Our supposed rejects that we got for almost nothing did alright, didn't they

First up, what a game and what a win by your mob. Hats off for that performance. Not sure if this thread is the right place to write this but I'll proceed anyway.

My mate and I (both mid-teens) sat on the western side tonight, both heavily decked out in crows gear. We cheered and barracked as always but not at an annoying level. I've had experiences in the past few port home showdowns which have seen my opinion on Power supporters tarnished. But tonight, almost immediately after the win, an older port man maybe in his 60s, who sat in-front of us, turned around, shook our hands, shared his thoughts on the terrific game and told us to keep our heads up. We thanked him for his kind words and walked out of the ground. Then, in the plaza a group of younger men (late 20s-early 30s), said they could relate to our feelings and that we should stay positive.

Just a shout out and thank you to those people who defied the characteristics of a stereotypical power-supporter. For all the hate your support group cops, there are plenty of good guys out there! Good luck for the rest of the season and here's to many more classic showdowns to come.

Shock, horror...opposition fans giving you shit. Oh that's right, you don't expect shit to be given at your home ground in a two team town.

Some nice comments here but can you explain to us exactly what you mean here - characteristics of a stereotypical power-supporter.

Well done guys on not all of you being scumbags!
Yeah you're welcome mate.

Lol. Titus?

Thanks every single Crows supporter that wasn't the guy fist-pumping aggressively and talking shit to the Port supporters behind him when your team scored, like the w***er on the eastern wing.

Some of yous are actual sweethearts.

It's guys like that that make the close wins extra sweet. Hope someone gave it back to him at the end.
