I reckon Pep turned the corner last year. Just hungrier than he was previously. May not be the most skilled player but puts in and gut runs both ways. Michael Wilson comes to mind.

We've truly got this wrong.

Like I understand McEntee and Sutcliffe but I don't really know how anyone who's full time job is to scout AFL attributes in the SANFL could see this from Skinner.

I honestly believe the difference isn't in his attack on the contest, but rather in the use of his hands and feet. He's actually attempting to dispose of it now and is making better decisions about when to hold onto it and when to release.
