Hindsight says Rozee shouldn't have been captain but the footage of him looking genuinely sad that he's not out there sitting next to Hinkley who frankly didn't interact with him at all and dare I say looked disappointed at Rozee was telling.
He's a very young captain that's been thrown in to fix a weak culture and system. A manager supports their team members. What are you doing Ken?
Hope I’m not intruding but I genuinely felt bad for Rozee tonight. Can completely understand a young captain in his first year wanting to get himself up for a big game and set an example for his team. Sometimes players need to be protected from themselves and I reckon this was one of those times. Medical staff and Hinkley definitely knew they were rolling the dice IMO.

can someone please drop the link of kens presser, i cant find it anywhere, cheers.
It also needs 5-6 people to leave at the same time. That will never happen. We’re stuck in no mans land waiting for a bunch of stubborn blokes who run our club to do what should have been years ago.
What’s so frustrating is that there is no end in sight.
The longer it goes on then that number is likely to increase to 7-8 people (who must go) as more yes men are brought in to positions of power ie cassisi. It also needs 5-6 people to leave at the same time. That will never happen.
I'd say he's possibly worse than Ian DownsboroughWhat don’t we know about Jed McEntee? What am I missing? He’s possibly the worst player to play for our club and he just walks in each week. Anyone?
Hitchcock looks like Harley Reid compared to Jed.Even blind Freddy knew Rozee should have been rested: the carnage of injuries this year and knowing something isn’t right in the fitness department we throw one of our best players out there who is not at 100%.
Await the bullshit that it was his other leg.
This club is so rotten right now, Koch appointment is the worst thing to ever evolve at Alberton. Followed by Ken & Chris Davies who are so inept that our depth is sub-optimal and bottoming out we have a lack of picks anyway.
Tonight was our GWS 2012 moment, it wasn’t who we lost to but how we lost: the only difference is Cam Hitchcock is now Jed McEntee and we have an inferior coach in Ken Hinkley: I would have rather we kept Primus for 12 more years.
Port, saints and freo. Yuck yuck yuck.Has anyone else lost interest in even watching port play anymore? like that spark or care factor is gone. watching us play this year has been depressing
Yep, didn't enjoy any part of that game. Just found every single moment depressing.Has anyone else lost interest in even watching port play anymore? like that spark or care factor is gone. watching us play this year has been depressing
Boyd Woodcock even.Hitchcock looks like Harley Reid compared to Jed.
It was Suits for me.I watched 8 seconds of this before rewatching House of the Dragon episodes.
Just get off!!!!!!.......... I was under the impression that the only reason we were playing McEntee over Finlayson was because we were going to play a chaos ball style of game to exploit the height that Adelaide was bringing in. I never in my wildest dreams expected us to run with exactly the same game style when we saw them go in that tall.
You either exploit the agility of their talls with your small forwards (as we finally started to do when we played Horne-Francis) OR you play an extra tall so their tall can't screen off and they are forced to defend, which allows your small forwards to get to work. We did neither until it was too late.
Sorry to intrude, and not starting anything you blokes don't know, but faark me that was a train wreck.![]()
